Terms of Service

HomeBell is made by Faith Dev LLC ("we," "us"). These terms govern your use of the HomeBell iOS app. By downloading or using HomeBell, you agree to them.

The app

HomeBell is a homeschool planning tool for parents. It runs entirely on your device, storing your data locally and, if you use iCloud, syncing it through your own private iCloud database. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data the app does and doesn't collect.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HomeBell on devices you own or control, for your own homeschool planning. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

Purchases

HomeBell offers one optional in-app purchase that unlocks the full planning experience. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's own terms, including its refund policies. We do not process payments or store payment information ourselves.

Your content

Everything you enter into HomeBell — student names, lesson plans, attendance records — belongs to you. We have no access to it, no ability to recover it if you lose it, and no responsibility for backing it up beyond what iCloud provides for your account.

No warranty

HomeBell is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for scheduling mistakes, data loss, or other issues arising from its use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Dev LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HomeBell.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of HomeBell after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll revise the effective date above when that happens.
